Orders

Goods are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. Courier shipments arrive within 1-3 business days. Order processing times may be extended to 3 business days during promotional periods.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to modify orders that have already been placed. You can attempt to cancel your order by sending an email to kontakt@lab1.com with your cancellation notice and then resubmitting the order with the correct details. Shipping of the "unwanted" order will be held if the package hasn't been shipped yet.

Order status is visible in the order history for registered customers. Customers also receive automatically generated emails informing them of the status: order acceptance confirmation, acceptance for processing, and order dispatch. The final email also contains the waybill number from the selected carrier.

Payments

Payment for the goods can be made upon receipt of the goods, so-called cash on delivery, or online by e-transfer or card.

Online payments can be made within 4 business days of placing your order. Please click on the form in your order confirmation. If payment is not received after 4 business days, your order will be automatically canceled.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date the manufacturer receives the product.

For cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the account number provided on the refund form. If the payment was made online, the refund will be made to the account from which the transfer was made.

Unfortunately, a standard exchange isn't possible. You can, of course, return your item and place a new order.

Every customer may withdraw from a purchased product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment and return the goods in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the regulations. To do so, the Customer should send the Seller a declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract.

The Customer is asked to return or deliver the goods together with the receipt (or VAT invoice) and the original return form to the Seller's address, no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

Complaints

A complaint about goods may be made due to a physical defect, which consists in the non-conformity of the sold item with the contract, or due to a legal defect.

To file a complaint, the Buyer is asked to return the product to the Seller's address. The Customer is asked to attach a receipt or VAT invoice to the returned product. To file a complaint, the Customer is asked to complete the complaint form (available in the store's terms and conditions) and send it along with the goods and electronically to kontakt@lab1.com. If the Customer submits the complaint form electronically to kontakt@lab1.com , the complaint resolution will be sent to the Customer as a response, also by email. The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of submission, along with a description of the reason for the complaint and the Customer's request.
